 Restaurant Supervisor

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervises the activity of the restaurant floor and assists the Managers in controlling the day to day operations.
• Should be able to open and close the restaurant, manage all service Staff, track food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies, create daily manning.
• Should be ready to handle customer complaints as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager and should be able to conduct daily briefing.

General Requirements

•  
• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Fook Yew = Chinesse Background (Grand Indonesia dan Gandaria City)
• Sushi Groove = Japanesse Background (Grand Indonesia dan Mall Taman Anggrek)
• Pizza E Birra & Kitchenette = Western Background (Central Park)
• Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude.
• Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST.
• Must be a highly committed individual.
• Well groomed and Presentable.
• Willing to work late hours.
