Responsibilities:
Manage production process at each line in the factory
Lead subordinates to achieve production target
Actively involved in the implementation of HSE
Initiate continuous improvement process
Requirements:
Specific Requirements:
Have knowledge in running production manufacturing activities such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), ISO 9001 & 14000, GMP especially in cosmetic, HSE & Lean principles
Have exposure in managing production process & critical control point
General Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience
Bachelor degree from any discipline
Proficient in English & computer literate
Good analytical thinking
English & computer literate (MS Office, MS Project)
Flexible, good initiative & independent
Good leadership skill & team approach
Good analytical, leadership skill, high integrity, energetic, strong communication skills
